Job Title: Architect Location: Brentwood Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 dependent on experience Reference: RSBREN356 I am actively recruiting for a successful Architectural Practice who's close to 15 years' experience drives them to produce innovative, unique and technically expert design across sectors such as retail, residential, and leisure. Their friendly and growing team are keen to bring on a talented and passionate newly qualified Architect to join their team in Brentwood. The Successful Architect will have recently completed their Part Three qualification with a couple of years of Part Two experience in the retail sector ideally and must have strong Revit and AutoCAD. Skills, experience and responsibilities for the role of Architect: ARB registered / RIBA qualified Part Three qualification Strong design skills with keen eye for detail Well versed in AutoCAD and Revit Strong leadership skills and keen to take on responsibility It would be advantageous to have planning experience Thorough knowledge of current UK building regulations Proven record working on projects in the retail sector Boast design flare and creativity Excellent communication, time management and organisation skills Proactive and positive attitude Full clean UK driving licence Interested in this or other roles in Architecture.
