Behaviour Teaching Assistant

Tradewind is currently in search of a dynamic and committed individual to assume the role of Behaviour Teaching Assistant at a school in Driffield area. This exciting opportunity involves providing vital support to a student who requires 1:1 support. Pay for this role is between £85-£100 per day. The school require someone on a full time basis. Responsibilities for the role of Behaviour Teaching Assistant in Driffield: Act as a point of contact the student offering guidance and support Conduct individual sessions with student to address both academic and personal needs Collaborate with academic staff to identify and address the specific needs of individual student Contribute to the development and implementation of programs focusing on pastoral care Cultivate a supportive and inclusive atmosphere within the classroomRequirements: Prior experience in a role related to student wellbeing or support Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Ability to forge positive relationships with students, staff, and parents Understanding of mechanisms supporting academic progress Flexibility to adapt to the dynamic needs of the college environment.In addition to a supportive ethos, this school also has a strong leadership team, providing you with a fantastic opportunity to work with experienced professionals who are dedicated to your success.
