Their purpose-built facility is designed to nurture growth and development. With dedicated classrooms for vocational subjects, they are committed to providing a holistic education experience. Responsibilities of an SEMH Teacher: Develop and implement engaging, differentiated lesson plans tailored to meet the diverse needs of students with SEMH challenges. Adapt teaching strategies to suit individual learning styles, providing personalised support to each student. Cultivate a positive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters social and emotional growth. Collaborate with colleagues, support staff, and external professionals to devise comprehensive intervention plans. Continuously monitor and assess student progress, offering timely feedback to students and their families. Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent certification. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment. A genuine passion for making a positive impact in the lives of students facing SEMH challenges.
