Your leadership will help create a nurturing environment for both residents and staff.Key Responsibilities:Provide compassionate, resident-focused care, ensuring the highest quality of life for all residents.Support the clinical team with care planning, documentation, and audits.Engage with the local residents and immerse yourself in the community inside and outside the facility.Ideal Candidate:We're looking for an experienced Registered Nurse capable of mentoring others while embracing the relaxed pace of life in regional NSW.
