Job Title: Dual Skilled Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst.
Location: Birmingham, West Midlands.

A professional and nationally recognised UKAS accredited Asbestos Consultancy are now seeking to take on a Dual Skilled Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst to join their team in the Midlands region. The successful candidate will be able to work independently across longstanding Domestic, Local Authority, Commercial, and Industrial sites, working in line with HSG 264 / HSG 248 guidelines to carry out the full range of surveying and analytical duties, ensuring to maintain the company's high quality and high standard of work. For the successful candidate, our client can offer opportunities for career progression and development, as well as paid travel time, and opportunities for overtime.
Consideration will be given to candidates from: West Bromwich, Walsall, Tamworth, Lichfield, Coalville, Burton upon Trent, Stoke-on-Trent, Stafford, Shrewsbury, Wolverhampton, Telford, Dudley, Stourbridge, Kidderminster, Ludlow, Solihull, Worcester, Warwick, Royal Leamington Spa, Leicester, Market Harborough, Loughborough, Beeston, Nottingham, Derby, Melton Mowbray, Corby.
Experience & Qualifications:
" Holding industry relevant qualifications BOHS P402, P403, P404 or RSPH equivalent is essential to the role.
" Able to carry out the full range of surveying and analytical services in line with HSG 264 / HSG 248 guidelines.
" Excellent time management skills.
" Confident using TEAMS / TRACKER systems to produce detailed reports.
The Role:
" Attending various sites to carry out management, R&D, and re-inspection surveys.
" 4 stage clearance.
" Leak, smoke, background, re-assurance, and personal air testing.
" Producing thorough technical reports based on site findings using TEAMS / TRACKER systems.
" Carrying out sampling of suspected ACMs, ensuring to bag safely and label correctly prior to sending for analysis.
" Working in line with HSG 264 / HSG 248 guidelines.
" Carrying out audits on contracts on site.
