QA / Handover Manager – Residential Development Location: Vauxhall, SW London Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 + Package   Key Highlights: • Exciting Development: My client is working on an impressive new build project in Vauxhall, SW London consisting of 155 apartments. This large-scale residential development is nearing completion, and they are seeking a highly skilled QA / Handover Manager to oversee the snagging process and manage unit handovers. • Challenging and Rewarding Role: This is a critical position that involves working closely with the site team and liaising with the client and Building Management company as the project transitions to completion. It’s a busy and demanding role, but offers the satisfaction of seeing a major development through to successful handover. • Future Opportunities: The project has 5 months remaining, but there are follow-on roles available working on upcoming projects in Kent and Surrey, ensuring long-term career prospects within the company. • Comprehensive Support: You’ll be supported by an experienced on-site team and admin staff, ensuring smooth workflows and timely project delivery.   Your Next Role – What You’ll Be Doing: In this role, you’ll manage the entire QA and handover process for this large residential development ensuring all snagging items are addressed efficiently. You’ll coordinate with various teams and maintain close communication with the client, ensuring smooth integration with the Building Management company.
