Pay Rate: 18.00 per hour (Under UTR)

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and reliable NPORS/ CPCS Traffic Marshall to join our team for a project in Cambridge. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing traffic on-site, ensuring the safety of all personnel and visitors, and maintaining efficient traffic flow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct and manage the movement of vehicles on site.
• Ensure the safety of pedestrians and vehicles by implementing effective traffic management strategies.
• Communicate clearly with drivers and site personnel to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor and report any safety hazards or incidents.
• Assist with general site duties as required.

Requirements:

• Valid NPORS/CPCS Card is essential.
• Proven experience as a Traffic Marshall on construction sites.
• Strong understanding of health and safety regulations.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
