Responsibilities - Delivering on-site installations Service support of AV equipment Diagnosing and resolving issues with AV and IT equipment, with the support of our UK helpdesk team Completing installation reports using online systems Following the relevant Health & Safety codes of conduct Attending regional team meetings Qualifications - You will need to be based in Exeter mainly covering the Southwest and have at least 2 years' experience of working in the AV, Networking or IT industry as an Engineer.
