The Company:


My client are a leading Content Management Solutions provider committed to delivering cutting-edge products and services to the life science. As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and expanding their customer base.


Responsibilities:


  • Solicit and obtain orders by proactively reaching out to potential accounts and inbound leads.
  • Understand and interpret technical requirements, providing customers with relevant technical information.
  • Conduct market analysis and competitor research to identify new sales opportunities.
  • Build strong rapport with customers and develop long-term relationships.
  • Prepare and present quotations to potential clients.
  • Collaborate with Sales leads to maximize larger opportunities and ensure successful closure of smaller ones.
  • Recommend related and new products based on customer buying history and technical features.
  • Requirements:


    • Strong prospecting skills to identify and engage potential customers.
    • Proficiency in using standard Office applications to manage sales tasks efficiently.
    • Solid technical understanding to communicate effectively with clients.
    • Excellent participation skills to ensure compliance in internal and external audits.
    • Ability to establish and nurture lasting relationships with customers.
    • Quick learner with a focus on continuous improvement and self-motivation.
    • Customer-centric approach with outstanding people skills.
    • Proven sales skills with experience in presenting and managing trade shows.
    • Familiarity with company-specific software and tools.
    • Knowledge of software companies and IT services.
