Handyman/Labourer required to work in Newport on two void properties
Start Date: 23/09/2024
Site hours:40 hours a week
Duration: 2 weeks
Role:
- Remove all items including brick BBQ and raised flower bed belongings/items, rubbish, pots and decking, empty shed
- Renew paving (10sqm)
- Lift and re-bed 1 slab outside back door
- Adjust gate
- Cut grass
- Cut back overgrown weeds and bushes
- Empty wheelie bins
- Clean out front and rear gutters
- Remove hooks and nails from the cladding and facias
- Power wash clean
