Technical Business Analyst - FinTech / Blockchain Industry - London Hybrid
Aubay is seeking a Technical Business Analyst to join our client in the FinTech space and play a crucial global role, ensuring quality across all regions. This position involves working with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives and ensure the company's adherence to global quality benchmarks. Required Skills and Experience
Over 10 years of overall IT professional experience
Minimum of 5 years' experience in a business analysis role
At least 5 years of prior experience in a development role
Proficiency in reading code
Experience in the financial industry
Familiarity with blockchain technologies
Strong organizational and coordination abilities
Effective communication skills and problem-solving / analytical skills
Strong critical thinking skills with a willingness to challenge
Ability to multitask in a dynamic environment and maintain a documentation mindset
Key Role Responsibilities
Collaborate with various stakeholders to gather functional requirements and translate them into detailed, comprehensive, and clear technical specifications.
Work closely with development, QA, release management, data analytics, and agile practice teams to align visions during refinement sessions.
Understand the platform architecture and develop expertise in the technology stack to independently analyse requests, including the development of new features and bug fixes.
Ensure the production and maintenance of technical documentation is complete, exhaustive, high-quality, up-to-date, clear, accessible for self-service, and supports audits.
Establish impact assessment templates for the technology stack for all new initiatives, considering all products, geographies, and supporting growth.
Ensure all technical and operational aspects are covered for new initiatives and participate in addressing technical debt for live features, both in analysis and documentation.
Implement operationalization and activation guides for new features with each new release.
Ensure accounting, billing, and reporting aspects are covered for each new initiative.
Ensure completeness of API documentation release after release, with no breaking changes and high-quality content.
Independently qualify bugs and incidents and propose remediation solutions.
Actively participate in the technical documentation of any new offering or project.
Assist department heads in producing presentations and management reporting.
Develop and maintain an onboarding pack and documentation for a swift and seamless onboarding experience for new arrivals.
