Zalaris are looking for an SAP SuccessFactors Consultant located in United Kingdom with a focus on Employee Central Payroll. Zalaris is an SAP gold partner and one of the leading SAP SuccessFactors partners in Europe with an extensive and growing number of Cloud HXM customers. Join us on a home-based contract and became part of Zalaris Professional Services global team.. Responsible for the implementation and continuous improvement of Employee Central Payroll and related integrations as per project and support agreements. Control and manage the key solution design for SAP EC Payroll projects. Support and participate in workshops and requirement sessions on the SAP SuccessFactors Solutions to ensure that it is best utilised to meet client requirements. Contribute to integration and architecture decisions concerning EC Payroll. Understanding scope, documenting requirements, business processes, application configurations, testing plans, etc. Able to support both senior and junior resources with EC Payroll challenges and deliverables. Configuration of module, including liaising with onshore and offshore teams to ensure that the solution is as per client requirements. Assist with testing, fixing of defects, raising SAP support tickets and ongoing management of defect resolution throughout build, test, deployment, and post go-live support. Preparing project documentation such as Workbooks, Test Scripts, etc. Preparing and assist in delivering knowledge transfer and training sessions.
