We are seeking an experienced Water Hygiene Account Manager for a growing and busy Water Treatment / Hygiene outfit. Candidates will need a proven track record of successfully managing key Client accounts as well as a proactive manner with a willingness to seek new business opportunities and upsell services to existing contacts. Experience / Qualifications:
- Must have experience working as an Account Manager for a Water Treatment / Water Hygiene / Legionella outfit
- Will have a strong technical knowledge and experience
- Ideally will have hands-on experience undertaking a range of Water Treatment / Water Hygiene duties
- Working in accordance with ACOP L8, HSG 274 & HTM 0401
- Able to write detailed technical reports and use a range of IT applications
- A high level of communication skills and excellent manner when liaising with Clients

The Role:
- Overseeing and growing Water Hygiene/ L8 Compliance accounts
- Upselling of remaining services to include sampling & monitoring regimes, C&D works, remedials, risk assessments etc
- Overseeing a team of Engineers and delegating works
- Assisting with recruitment and general HR duties
- Assisting with LCA audits
- Identifying and onboarding new Clients, as well as upgrading existing accounts
- Answering Client technical queries and providing updates and support on projects
- Ensuring Clients are compliant with industry guidelines an are kept informed of any issues or changes
- Writing detailed project reports
- Working closely with other members of management and Directors to monitor work progress
- Supporting engineers and site staff, including training
