Head of Supply Chain - Roja Parfums

This position is for a Head of Supply Chain who is responsible for managing all aspects of the supply chain in a Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) environment. The individual will need to ensure smooth operations, from procurement to delivery, in a busy and fast-paced setting. Description Key responsibilities: Manage all supply chain operations, including procurement, logistics, and inventory management. Develop and implement effective supply chain strategies. Work closely with internal departments to forecast demand and ensure product availability. Identify and manage risks within the supply chain. Maintain relationships with key suppliers and negotiate contracts to ensure favourable terms. Oversee the implementation of new systems to improve supply chain efficiency. Manage a team of supply chain professionals, providing guidance and support as needed. Regularly review and report on supply chain performance, implementing corrective actions where necessary.Profile The successful candidate would have: Proven experience in a senior supply chain management role within the FMCG industry. Strong knowledge of supply chain processes and systems. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
