Job description We are seeking dedicated Healthcare Assistants around the Blackburn area who are passionate about providing personalised care and support to our service users during the day and night. We are looking for candidates with complex care experience with children We support children and young people with long term, life limiting conditions, providing specialist, person centred care which is tailored to their individual complex care needs. In providing vital care your role will also be packed with lots of fun and fulfilling moments, exploring the activities they love. This will allow you the chance to form a real bond with our wonderful service users. You will assist with their bedtime routines, remaining attentive and responsive during the night, and addressing their care needs as they arise. This isn't just a job - it's a chance to have a significant impact on a young person's life. Please note, the parents of our service users have specifically requested for female staff to work on their team. Pay Rates: • We offer a competitive hourly wage ranging from £13.00 to £16.50, depending on the shift you will be assigned. Enhanced Competitive pay rates are paid at weekends and Bank holidays Shifts Available: Part Time Days & Night available Day shifts vary between 7:15am - 4pm Night shifts vary between 10pm - 8am Essential Experience: 3 months previous care experience Medication administration Personal care Moving and handling Children's Complex care experience Apollo Home Healthcare is an equal opportunity employer and we advertise a high volume of vacancies on behalf of our clients.
