Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee a portfolio of fintech clients, delivering exceptional client service and driving growth.
2. Lead integrated communication strategies, combining creative and commercial thinking to deliver industry-leading campaigns.
3. Identify and drive new business opportunities, telling compelling stories to win clients and grow accounts organically.
4. Develop strong client relationships, offering strategic counsel and ensuring client satisfaction through deliverables.
5. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, demonstrating best practices across media relations, social media, events, and content.

Key Requirements:

1. Relevant experience and strong track record in B2B tech communications with experience on fintech clients.
2. Ability to think strategically and innovatively for both clients and the consultancy.
3. Experience working with global brands, understanding the need for localisation.
4. Superb client relationship skills with a focus on building trust and understanding clients' industries and businesses.
5. Experience in managing resources and budgets effectively.
6. Strong new business experience and a track record in organic growth of client budgets.
7. Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain composure under pressure.
