IT Manager, 6 month fixed term contract, required for the London offices of an International Bank based in the City close to Canon Street Station, paying upto 90k pro rata. As the successful IT Manager you will report Reporting directly to the UK CTOand liaise with the existing IT Manager, you will oversee a team of three and manage the day-to-day IT operations including ongoing projects and liaising with the corporate head office. Key Responsibilities: Manage and lead a team of IT professionals, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of IT services. Oversee the implementation and maintenance of IT infrastructure, systems, and applications. Coordinate and manage IT projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Liaise with the corporate head office and other stakeholders to align IT strategy and initiatives. Provide technical expertise and support to business users.Ideal Candidate: Proven experience as an IT Manager in a financial institution, preferably a UK office of an international bank. Strong technical knowledge and understanding of IT infrastructure, systems, and applications. Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. A proactive and problem-solving approach to work.
