To excel in this role, you will need: Nursing qualification and a valid UK NMC Pin Proven experience in a management role within a care setting, with a specific focus on supporting individuals with challenging behaviour and learning disabilities In-depth knowledge of relevant legislation, regulations, and best practices in care management, ensuring stringent adherence to quality standards. Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills, vital for driving a cohesive and high-performing care team.
