A leading UK membership organisation is seeking a skilled and visionary Head of Marketing to lead a talented team and drive strategic growth. This is an exciting opportunity to shape and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to promote a wide range of products, services, and member engagement initiatives. This is a fantastic time to join as you will be responsible for overseeing major projects, including a rebrand and new website launch, while working to enhance the organisation’s visibility and impact.


The ideal candidate will be a commercially minded leader with a strong marketing background ideally within membership or not for profit organisations. You will have strong people management experience and well versed in leading teams and getting the best out of a marketing department.

To be considered for the role you will require the following skills and experience:


  • Track record of success operating in either membership organisations or within the not-for-profit sector.
  • Integrated marketing background and track record of marketing multiple services via segmentation.
  • Commercially driven.
  • Strategic background and previously managed significant budgets
  • Strong track record leading teams
  • Can get to Coventry office 1-2 days a week.
