About the Role We’re on the lookout for a dynamic AI Innovation Manager to spearhead the development of cutting-edge internal solutions at Twinkl. This newly created role will focus on discovering and implementing AI-driven processes that save time, reduce costs, and unlock valuable insights for our internal teams. As an AI Innovation Manager, you’ll conceptualize and deliver AI-powered solutions, optimizing workflows and opening new opportunities across the business. This role is ideal for someone passionate about creating efficient, innovative solutions that drive meaningful improvements across an organization. Key Responsibilities: Identify Opportunities for AI Innovation: Collaborate with stakeholders to pinpoint areas where AI and automation can streamline operations, enhance current systems, and drive performance improvements. Develop and Implement AI Solutions: Build and deliver impactful AI-powered systems and processes that benefit Twinkl's internal teams across various departments. These projects can range from quick wins to more complex, long-term initiatives. Training and Documentation: Develop and deliver training materials and sessions, ensuring stakeholders understand how to use new systems effectively. Feedback and Continuous Improvement: Collect and assess stakeholder feedback to drive continuous improvements, measuring the impact and value of AI projects. Requirements: We're interested in anyone who meets one, or a combination of the following: Experience or understanding of tools like Zapier . Knowledge or experience in implementing AI-driven solutions . Proficiency in optimizing workflows and improving systems . Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate with various teams . Strong project prioritization skills based on impact and value. Excellent communication skills, particularly with non-technical stakeholders . Ability to critique and work with data and data visualization tools.
