Our client, a well-established pharmaceutical company, is looking for an experienced HR/Payroll Administrator to join their busy team, to provide comprehensive HR & Payroll operational and administrative support.

Responsibilities as HR/Payroll Administrator
* Assist with end-to-end recruitment and induction support
* Support with Employee Relations
* Preparation of letters, documentation and notifications
* End-to-end HR Administration support
* Manage HR and Payroll records
* Onboarding and offboarding
What you need to bring:
* Excellent communication and time management Skills
* Strong administrative skills, using Microsoft packages
* CIPD Level 3 desirable
* Experience in a similar role is essential
