A very established and successful, full service agency based in central London is seeking a driven and entrepreneurial Digital Account Director. Their key role will be to lead and deliver exceptional work across digital channels for a large FMCG account.


You will be a trusted partner for clients, consistently exceeding expectations and fostering open, constructive conversations to improve the work. Within the agency, you’ll be recognized as a proactive leader who drives projects forward with clear communication and organization.


You’ll report to the Client Lead and work closely with strategy, project management, and creative teams to ensure smooth project execution from start to finish. This fast-paced role suits a hands-on, collaborative individual who isn’t afraid to take initiative.


**Key Responsibilities**

- Lead a variety of projects (both large and small) while serving as the main point of contact for the client.

- Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing ongoing updates on project status.

- Proactively escalate any challenges to the Client Lead and keep projects running smoothly and within budget.

- Collaborate with project management to deliver campaigns on time and to specification.

- Play a key role in developing digital strategies and creating content.

- Stay on top of project timelines and next steps, ensuring client needs are met with flexibility and speed.

- Ensure all deliverables meet client feedback, brand standards, and guidelines.

- Oversee project estimates, client PO requests, and manage financials through to reconciliation.


**Key Skills**

- Ability to turn client briefs into structured work plans with clear deliverables.

- Experience co-developing proposals that include objectives, strategies, creative ideas, KPIs, and budgets.

- Expertise in delivering digital campaigns (with particular knowledge of Meta and DComm).

- Hands-on involvement in the creative process, including digital content creation.

- Strong knowledge of digital channels, best practices, and asset formats.

- Creatively driven with a strategic mindset and attention to detail.

- Confident in challenging processes to improve work and workflows.

- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and a problem-solving attitude.

- Strong team player, eager to learn and collaborate.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to manage internal resources and work with external partners and agencies.

- Commercially savvy with strong budgeting and financial management skills.
