Job Title: Mechanical Project Manager Location: London Responsible for all Mechanical aspects of commercial projects -Responsible for effective relationship management with clients & working partners to achieve smooth operational and commercial progression of projects -Managing projects from contract signature stage, through all phases until handover to the end user -Managing variation costings and control with the Quantity Surveyor and main contractor -Responsible for all aspects of procurement including writing subcontractor orders & purchase orders -31+ years experience delivering mechanical projects in and around London -Offices based in East London -Take on projects anywhere from £1M - £3M -25 direct employees + subcontractors -Will have 5+ years experience working as a Mechanical Project Manager -Will have previous experience working on commercial projects up to £3 million -Pipework/Plumbing background is advantageous -Will hold a Black CSCS Managers Card -25 days annual leave + bank holidays -Pension scheme -Career progression opportunities
