Cyber Security Sales Manager

Cyber Security Sales Manager £120,000 (£240,000 OTE) Remote Quarterly travel to Zurich Full Time and Permanent Magnus and Wolf are working with a growing Cyber Security consultancy to recruit for the role of Cyber Security Sales Manager. This is a Player/Coach role, managing a team of 5, as well as contributing to the overall sales targets. In this remote position, you will spearhead sales efforts for a cutting-edge cyber security platform, designed to detect and neutralise threats before they can impact clients. The Role: Developing and executing a strategic sales plan to drive revenue growth in the cyber security sector. Managing a sales team of 5 people. Building and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers across various industries. Presenting our unique value proposition to potential clients and conducting product demonstrations. Collaborating closely with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with market needs. Monitoring industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities. The Person: A passionate and experienced sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Proven track record in cyber security sales or related technology fields. Strong understanding of cyber security threats and solutions. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and persuade diverse audiences. Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets. Self-motivated and proactive approach, with a strong entrepreneurial mindset. Willingness to travel quarterly to Zurich and build relationships with international clients.
