Job Overview: The Senior Project Manager will oversee commercial occupier fit-out projects in Central London, managing the entire project life cycle. This role requires a blend of project management expertise and business development acumen, as all team members contribute to business development efforts.
Project Management: Manage and deliver commercial fit-out projects Oversee projects from design inception through to practical completion. Coordinate with design teams, contractors, and clients to ensure project goals are met. Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Conduct regular site visits and meetings to monitor progress and address any issues. Business Development: Actively participate in business development activities to contribute to the company's growth. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the commercial fit-out sector. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders. Client Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project. Understand client needs and ensure their vision is realised through effective project management. Provide regular updates and reports to clients, ensuring transparency and effective communication.
Qualifications and Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience as a consultancy Project Manager, with a focus on commercial fit-out projects. Demonstrated experience with Design & Build contracts. Proven track record of managing projects from initial design through to practical completion. Strong business development skills and experience in generating new business. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
