This is a customer facing role and requires a proactive individual.Perks of the job £12.96 per hour Full time! 35 hours per week, 4 shifts per week, alternate weekends Shifts ranging between 7.30am - 5.15pm - no late evenings! As we are passionate about developing our people from within, great training is provided.What you'll be doing Work with a team of chefs and enhanced inmates to deliver meals, 3 times a day Supervising and assisting enhanced inmates in the kitchen Work alongside prisoner workforces and assist them in cooking meals and preparing food You will be responsible for the preparation of basic quality foods within a set pre ordered menu Effective and efficient food production in line with recipe sheets Full knowledge of all menu items served Ensure the kitchen is clean and tidy Fill in all relevant paperwork and due diligence forms Be an excellent team player and be able to deal with conflict if it arises Undertake relevant training as requiredExperience Must have resided in the UK for the past 5 years and have legal right to work Relevant culinary qualification Must be able to pass full security vetting and DBS checks Previous supervisory exprience Experience working in a large scale kitchenAbout AramarkNorthern Europe - Our MissionRooted in service and united by our purpose, we strive to do great things for each other, our partners, our communities, and our planet.Northern Europe - About AramarkAramark is a leading service and solutions provider in Northern Europe.
