Commercial Product Executive £30,000 - £35,000 Based local to Cambridge train station – Hybrid 3 days onsite We are working with a growing business in the health & wellness industry who are seeking a Commercial Product Executive to join our dynamic and growing team. In this role, you will work closely with the Head of Product Development and Head of Business Development to drive sales growth and revenue through a blend of account management and new product development. Key Responsibilities: Drive Sales: Support business strategies to boost revenue across trade accounts, ensuring consistent growth year-on-year. Account Management: Work closely with trade accounts, identifying opportunities, registering new products, and expanding into new domestic and international markets. QVC Account Management: Oversee the day-to-day QVC account operations, developing commercially viable offers, creating marketing assets, and launching new products. Commercial Awareness: Develop pricing strategies that benefit both the company and partners, while identifying opportunities to sell excess stock. New Product Development: Collaborate on product launches, packaging design, and competitor analysis to enhance brand positioning. Industry Insights: Attend trade shows, build relationships with potential suppliers and customers, and assist in planning and execution of event logistics. Skills & Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in sports science, nutrition, business, or a related field, with an interest in nutrition and supplements. Strong commercial acumen, with an understanding of financial metrics and profitability. Creative problem-solving skills with the ability to drive growth and efficiency. Excellent communication and organisational skills, with meticulous attention to detail. Proven project management skills to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously. Willingness to travel domestically and internationally for trade shows and events.
