Regulatory Reporting Supervisor

Attribution Search are partnering with an established Investment Manager who are looking to add additional head count in their Regulatory reporting function. The business has experienced significant growth over the past five years and are one of the fastest growing Asset Managers in the Fixed Income space. The firm are looking for someone with previous supervisory experience or someone who is ready to take that step in their next role. Overseeing four team members but also carrying out daily BAU the ideal candidate will be a subject matter expert with demonstratable experience across regulations such as MiFIR, EMIR and SFTR. Daily responsibilities include leading the daily and periodic reporting and control process, Reviewing new funds and identifying regulatory reporting impact.

The ideal candidate will have between 3-5 years experience within a Regulatory reporting function or a supervisory Ops role on either the buy or sell side. The business offer hybrid working with three days in the office and two from home. The opportunity presents a great chance for someone looking to take a step into management.
