Gillespie Recruitment are delighted to be recruiting for a National Sales Manager for our client an established business within the fluid power sector. Candidates will be experienced in selling a diverse range of products, and will have proven experience of driving revenue growth and expanding market share.


The role is hybrid with some time in their Sunderland office. There will be UK travel to promote sales.


Duties -

Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with company goals and diverse product range.

Provide leadership to the sales team, setting clear objectives and fostering a high-performance culture.

Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Set and monitor sales targets, providing guidance and support to ensure objectives are met or exceeded.


Requirements -

Proven experience in a sales management role.

Excellent team management skills.

Strong ability to communicate effectively.

Demonstrated capability to sell products or services successfully.

Proficient in administrative tasks related to sales management.
