Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday

Overview:

Join our client s team as an Account Manager, where you'll play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction, driving sales, and supporting office operations. This position requires excellent communication skills, a customer-centric mindset, and the ability to manage varied tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively promote and upsell products or services based on customer needs.
• Communicate with clients via telephone, email, and online meetings to grow existing accounts and secure new business.
• Work with the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries and resolve concerns effectively.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to enhance their overall experience.
• Prepare quotations, process orders, and assist with invoicing.
• Liaise with the Operations Team to ensure smooth delivery of customer orders.
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales-related documentation using CRM and ERP systems.
• Prepare reports on customer feedback, sales performance, and other relevant metrics.

Requirements:

• Previous account management experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to prioritise and organise tasks effectively
• Enthusiastic and driven
