Our client is a vibrant, forward-thinking, and driven building contractor. They have established themselves as a reputable entity, specializing in a comprehensive range of building and refurbishment contracts for both public and private clients.

Operating across a wide range of sectors including Leisure, Housing, Industrial, Commercial, Retail, and Education, undertaking contracts up to 15m.

They are now recruiting for a Contracts Manager to join their business.

Roles to include:

  • You will be responsible for the day to day operations of all aspects of project delivery
  • Build good relations with the client and project team
  • Ensure all aspects of the build process are satisfactorily completed on time and within cost and to the highest possible standards
  • Be able to carry out perfect delivery and produce snag free jobs
  • Must be able to run at least two contracts at one time
  • Liaison with construction teams and landlords and clients
  • Design control and coordination, directly liaise with designers
  • Management of Site Manager and site teams
  • Manage all aspects of build process
  • Visit sites at least one day a week
