Warehouse Manager

Taylor Stevenson are proud to be working with a small and growing warehouse based in Bradford who are looking for an experienced warehouse manager to join their team. They are an automotive supplier!

This is a small warehouse who huge opportunities to grow and expand.

Responsibilities-

• Manage and motivate a team of warehouse staff
• Implement changes to improve on the warehouse and KPIs
• Liaise with customers, suppliers, and transport companies
• Keep stock control systems up to date and make sure inventories are accurate
• Plan future capacity requirements
• Organise the recruitment and training of staff

Experience

• Previous experience in a warehouse management role
• Worked within an automotive industry
• Knowledge of profit loss analysis, warehouse management systems, supply chain operations, and business processes
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop a team
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills
• Proficiency in using computerised systems to monitor stock levels

Monday-Friday, 9am-6pm with early finish of 5pm on a Friday.

Salary- 30k- 37k dependant on experience
