Subcontractor remeasurements and payments. Identifying & costing variations / Submitting valuations. Preparation of claims / Preparing final accounts. Preparing contract programmes. Requirements: Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying / Construction Management. 10+ years post qualification experience working as a Quantity Surveyor. Experienced in a General Building Contractor / Residential / Commercial. Experienced at Project Management and Sub-Contractor Management.
