Primary Teaching Assistant

Are you proactive Teaching Assistant? Tradewind is looking for a Year 6 Teaching Assistant to support a child with additional needs. You must have experience in prior experience. SEND experience is desirable. Reception Teaching Assistant The successful TA will be responsible for the progress and attainment of a Year 6 class. Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to: Assisting teachers in lesson delivery, classroom management, and fostering a positive learning environment Providing individualised support to pupils facing learning challenges to ensure comprehension of the curriculum Aiding in the preparation of teaching materials and organising resources for lessons Establishing positive relationships with all pupils based on trust and mutual respect Collaborating effectively with the key stage and wider staff to share advice, resources, and best practices Essential Requirements: -Any relevant TA qualifications -Excellent references to support previous experience -A CV that covers full employment history -The right to work in the UK All candidates for posts will be asked to provide suitable references and undergo an enhanced DBS check.
