The Role: As a Global Finance Business Partner , youll be more than just a numbers expertyoull become a strategic advisor to our Sales and Operations teams, providing crucial insights that directly influence business performance and strategic decision-making . Youll be instrumental in aligning financial goals with our commercial strategy and shaping the future direction of the business through close collaboration with senior stakeholders across our global divisions. Key Responsibilities: Month-End Activities & Financial Reporting: Youll take charge of the month-end close process , ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting. Your expertise will drive key insights and variance analysis to help stakeholders understand performance against targets and spot opportunities for improvement. Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead the companys budgeting and forecasting cycles by collaborating with business units to create data-driven, comprehensive forecasts . Youll challenge assumptions, ensure clarity in financial projections, and ensure these forecasts align with our ambitious growth objectives. Revenue Analysis & Business Performance: Delve into revenue trends, customer behaviour , and market dynamics to uncover opportunities for revenue optimization , cost efficiency, and margin improvements . Your insights will drive profitable growth and enhance decision-making. Strategic Planning & Financial Modelling: Play a pivotal role in long-term planning and scenario analysis . Youll develop financial models for new projects, business cases, and potential M&A opportunities , supporting the leadership team in strategic decision-making and risk assessment . Business Partnering: Youll work closely with Sales and Operations teams to provide financial insights that shape commercial strategies and improve outcomes. Ideal candidates will bring: Qualifications : ACA, CIMA, or ACCA qualified. Experience : Proven experience in a similar Finance Business Partner or Management Accountant role, ideally in a SaaS, tech, or high-growth business environment.
