What we offer * Salary up to £125,000 & Bonus * Onsite in Kingston upon Thames * Huge opportunities to progress within a business that has exponentially grown over two decades Responsibilities * Managing, fostering and expanding a key company account with a client in the Insurance Industry * Own and develop account level strategy towards revenue and profitability targets for the company’s work with the client * Develop relationships across the client’s organisation from C-suite to managerial levels * Seek and convert new opportunities * Understand industry trends to help the business improve its position against competition * Working with offshore delivery teams * Ensure customer satisfaction with the work being done by the entire team Requirements * 15 years overall industry experience * 5+ years of client management and relationship development experience, handling enterprise accounts * Experience with project managing complex initiatives and campaigns from inception to launch to evaluation and optimisation * Sales experience in Data, Cloud, QA, Digital deals * Handled portfolios in the Insurance industry * Experience in working with large cross functional and multi-geographical teams to deliver solutions * Ability to understand bigger picture, identify business opportunities and envision workable solutions * Proven track record of relationship management with consistent revenue growth of a client portfolio Benefits * Bonus, 28 Days holiday + Bank Holidays, Medical for self & dependants, Technical Certifications and Training, IT equipment inc Laptop Why Join?
