Key Responsibilities : Develop Engagement Strategies : Collaborate with business leaders to design and implement cutting-edge marketing strategies that align with the firm’s bold growth ambitions. Lead Acquisition Integration : Work with senior marketing colleagues and business leaders to seamlessly integrate a newly acquired business into the overall marketing strategy. Campaign Leadership : Conceptualise and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns that build brand awareness, generate a strong pipeline of opportunities, and engage key decision-makers across the industry. Stakeholder Engagement : Build and nurture strong relationships with internal stakeholders, clients, and key industry influencers to shape and deliver effective marketing initiatives. Content & Creative Direction : Lead the creation of compelling content, messaging, and creative assets that capture the attention of target audiences across digital, media, and events. Marketing Advocacy : Present the firm’s marketing approach to leadership and teams, championing the strategic vision and inspiring others across the organisation. What We’re Looking For : Professional Services Background : Experience in marketing within B2B services sectors, ideally within consulting firms or similar industries. Public sector experience is desirable but not essential—an understanding of the sector’s challenges is key. Strategic Marketer : You’re a visionary marketer who thrives on developing tailored, long-term strategies that focus on building relationships and creating lasting impact. Collaborative Approach : Proven experience working cross-functionally with business leaders to shape and deliver marketing strategies that align with broader business goals.
