About the Role: We are looking for a caring and skilled Staff Nurse to join our team for night shifts. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient care throughout the night, ensuring their comfort, safety, and dignity. Key Responsibilities: Provide high standards of nursing care during night shifts, following individual care plans. Monitor and assess residents' health conditions, administer medications, and perform clinical procedures. Respond promptly and effectively to changes in residents' conditions, providing appropriate interventions. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation. Support and supervise healthcare assistants, ensuring best practices and quality care delivery. Communicate effectively with residents, families, and colleagues, providing updates and addressing concerns. Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations, guidelines, and safety protocols. Participate in handovers, care planning, and audits to maintain the highest standards of care. Qualifications and Experience: Registered Nurse (RN) with an active NMC registration. Minimum of 1 year of experience in a nursing role. Strong clinical skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality care. Excellent communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
