Project Manager - SAP FICO

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage SAP FICO module implementations and upgrades, specifically within the

S/4HANA

environment. Utilize SAP Activate methodology for project execution, including all phases from preparation to go-live. Collaborate with business stakeholders to

gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications. Conduct Blueprint phase activities, including

driving workshops and documentation of business processes

. Perform

Fit-Gap analysis

to identify gaps between business requirements and SAP standard functionalities. Design, configure, and test SAP FICO solutions to meet business needs. Develop and maintain Process Documents,

Solution Design Documents

, Provide

expert guidance and best practices

for financial processes, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, and Controlling. Design, develop and manage

RICEFW

(Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, and Workflows) objects in FICO area Conduct

training

sessions for end-users and key stakeholders. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP FICO modules. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements. Support

data migration activities

and integration with other SAP modules and

third-party systems

. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum of 12+ years of experience as an SAP FICO Consultant. Proven experience with at least 3] full-cycle S/4HANA implementations. Strong knowledge of SAP FICO modules and their integration with other SAP modules. Experience with SAP Activate methodology and Blueprint phase activities. Proficiency in creating Design Documents, including As-Is and To-Be process documentation. Experience in performing Fit-Gap analysis. Hands-on experience with RICEFW objects. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. SAP certification in FICO and/or S/4HANA is a plus.
