Multi-Skill Engineer - Midlands Our client is a well-established Facilities Management company that has excelled and enjoyed record levels of growth in the past 2 years and now requires additional engineers to join their growing, friendly team. Benefits: •Company vehicle and fuel card •Door to Door travel •Performance-related bonuses •Overtime paid at time and a half/double time •Company events Responsibilties: * Service and Maintenance works for Commercial and Retail clients * Assisting with/leading scheduled PPM contract visits * Attending sites for urgent reactive works * Liaising with office staff to progress jobs in an effective and timely manner * Logging and submitting work reports electronically * Ensuring high standards are always maintained and procedures adhered to Person Specification: Essential: * IPAF Certification * Full, clean Driving Licence Desirable: * At least two qualifications from; Gas, Plumbing & Heating, Electrical, Fabric * 3+ years' experience * PASMA Certification * Proficient with IT (work is issued and reports filed electronically) Additional Notes: * The role will suit an experienced Engineer with qualifications and experience in multiple disciplines (disciplines covered by the company include Gas, Air Conditioning, Electrical, Plumbing & Heating, HVAC and Fabric works); with the salary on offer varying based on the experience and qualifications held by the successful applicant
