To that end, we are searching for a highly organised Head Chef to drive the growth of the business in all areas back-of-house. What qualities & experience are we looking for in the successful Executive Head Chef? Highly organisedMulti-rosette background Expert knowledge of food safety, health and safety, HACCP and recipe costing Passion and drive Experience in events - cooking to volume The successful candidate will be expected to be hands-on working at events; this will involve working evenings and weekends. It is essential that the successful candidate drives and has their own transport.
