Production Shift Manager

Are you a Production Shift Manager, Section Manager, Area Manager, Zone Manager with experience working in a fast paced food manufacturing environment? We are currently working with a multi-site, well established food manufacturer looking for an experienced Shift Manager to join the team on a permanent Nightshift, Fri-Tue 10pm-6am. The core responsibilities of the role will be to promote H&S standards, provide support to all direct and indirect reports, promote food safety and quality in the department, control labour plans and materials, identify areas for improvement. You will need to be a hands on, driven leader, have the ability to problem solve in a fast paced environment, communicate at all levels within the business, self-motivated, resilient, strong leadership skills, ability to coach and mentor all reports.
