Regional Director - Building Service Design City Of London Up To £130k + 25% bonus + Benefits Our client, a building services consultancy established over 90 years ago, is seeking an established and driven MEP Director to spearhead the establishment of a new London office, which includes building and leading a high-performing team from the ground up. Specialising in mechanical and electrical, building design, our client has built a strong reputation within the building services market. They are known for delivering tailored and efficient building engineering solutions that result in long-lasting, healthy and comfortable environments. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, ensuring high-quality standards, and fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in building services projects, as well as proven experience in a senior leadership position within an MEP consultant, you will also play a key role in business development, driving growth and expanding the company's client base. As the Regional Director, you will have the financial backing of a well-established parent company, providing the resources needed to succeed in expanding and stamping a mark on the London market. Moving into a brand-new office, you will have the exciting challenge of building a team from scratch and driving business development, securing new clients and projects. With a focus on growth and establishing the company's presence in the region, you will be incentivised with a performance-based bonus of up to 25%, which will be discussed in detail during the interview process. The ideal candidate will have a degree in engineering, Chartered Engineer status, and extensive experience in the construction industry, with particular expertise in mechanical and electrical building services. A proven track record in business development, including achieving financial and growth targets, is essential. Strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and knowledge of renewable energy technologies and quality management systems will also be key to success in this role.
