Now one year into our Securing Future Relevance strategy (2023-2030), we are seeking to appoint a new Executive Director of Performance and Transformation who will be tasked with elevating organisational capability in support of our mission.


What exactly will you be doing?


In this role you will provide strategic and operational leadership to our Performance and Transformation Portfolio, ensuring it is enabling, strategic and future focused. Responsible for the leadership and iterative development of Finance and Procurement, Technology and People functions, you will be tasked with leading the enhancement of capability and standards: modernising processes and systems, maintaining our organisational design and approaches, and further developing our high-calibre team.

We are looking for a systems thinker who combines breadth of experience in corporate services leadership with multi-faceted transformation credentials. A high-calibre modern leader who shares our values, you must be financially astute, commercially savvy and customer-centric, with a track record of maximising business efficiency, managing risk and embracing new business models and ways of working to deliver optimum outcomes. Highly collaborative and an inspiring and inclusive leader, you will have a strong vision for what good looks like and the ability to inspire and maximise confidence and cooperation in equal measure.

Salary: c.£150,000 plus benefits
