The role PE Global Healthcare are currently recruiting for a Divisional Manager to grow and lead our Northern Nursing division Duties of the role Build and manage a team of Recruitment Consultants focused on the recruitment and placement Nursing professionals within the Northern Parts of the UK Driving sales and margin growth within your specialist area Building and maintaining relationships with clients and candidates and delivering exceptional levels of customer service through the recruitment process Working closely with the team to increase candidate attraction as well as working with your team to establish a strong candidate pipeline Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Nursing sector Deal with client/ candidate queries and take ownership to follow up and ensure they are dealt with efficiently The Person PE Global are looking for: At least 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role within an agency setting Knowledge of the variety of disciplines and modalities within Nursing as well as the necessary registrations and validations.
