Team Leader - Conveyancer

TEAM LEADER - RESIDENTIAL CONVEYANCER We are looking for an enthusiastic Senior Conveyancing Executive or Solicitor to join, manage and develop our expanding Residential Conveyancing team in Northamptonshire.The successful applicant will have a minimum of 5 years PQE working within residential property covering sales and purchase caseloads.As a proven conveyancer and team leader you should be confident liaising with both clients and estate agents, be IT literate and committed with a previous working knowledge of using case management systems.The ideal candidate will possess excellent business development and communication skills as well as strong organisation and team supervisory experience.The Firm :A Legal 500 rated practice, our client has a network of offices across the East Midlands and serves clients across the region and beyond. Established more than a quarter of a century ago they now have over 20 partners and provide a diverse range of services to commercial and individual clients to a consistently high standard.The Role: This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Residential Property Lawyer to join our clients’ flourishing practice in Northamptonshire. The successful candidate will manage the existing team, assist with the further growth and development of the department and handle a full caseload of Conveyancing sales and purchases.The Candidate: The ideal candidate will have prior supervisory and business development experience and be able to hit the ground running. You must be a qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer with at least 5 years’ PQE gained within Residential Property. You must have excellent technical and interpersonal skills, across all levels. You will have an aptitude for business development. You will be enthusiastic, driven, and able to manage a caseload and meet tight deadlines.
