Locum Clinical Pharmacist - Berkshire

Hunter Gatherer AHP are seeking an experienced Clinical Pharmacist to join an NHS run hospital in Berkshire, to start ASAP. If you have clinical experience as a pharmacist, we want to hear from you! Position: Locum Clinical Pharmacist Location: NHS Hospital, Berkshire Duration: ASAP for 6 months Pay Rate: £28 - £37 per hour via Umbrella (Band 7/8) Experience Required: 1-2 years of previous hospital experience Hours: MON-FRI 9am - 5pm (30 mins lunch) 37.5 hours per week About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Locum Clinical Pharmacist to join a dedicated team at an NHS Hospital in Berkshire. This role is essential for supporting our medical and surgical wards, as well as providing services in the inpatient dispensary. Key Responsibilities: Provide clinical pharmacy services to medical and surgical wards Review and manage medication therapy for inpatients Participate in ward rounds and contribute to multidisciplinary teams Ensure safe and effective use of medicines Support the inpatient dispensary operations Requirements: A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a hospital setting Registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) Strong clinical knowledge and excellent communication skills Ability to work effectively in a team and independently Why Join Us?
