OT Project Manager

Job Title: Project Manager (Operational Technology) Location: Remote Length: 6 months Role Overview: The Project Manager will be responsible for ensuring the successful execution of a critical integration project, managing timelines, budgets, and quality standards, including overseeing subprojects. The primary objective is to integrate a network with existing solutions, migrating them to a standardized infrastructure and services platform. This role also involves coordinating with a relocation project, especially concerning IT and OT services. An ongoing project, aimed at replacing the current file share service with a cloud-based solution, is expected to be completed by FY25. Key Responsibilities: Develop and detail the project roadmap, including sub-projects or workstreams. Allocate and manage resources, ensuring the project team is adequately staffed. Serve as the primary escalation point for project team members. Manage risk and emergency protocols for the project. Collaborate with the Commercial Project Manager to plan and monitor project costs. Oversee overall project costs and maintain a fiscal year cost view. Maintain alignment with the PMO for project management. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements in collaboration with the Business Sponsor. Project Management Principles: Ensure data security. Maintain business continuity. Foster tight alignment among stakeholders. Prioritize the core elements of the project. Focus on the complete retirement of legacy systems with a roadmap extending to 2026. Key Stakeholders: Network teams across various regions. Management and Enterprise Architects. Business Analysts and Solution Experts. Qualifications: Proven experience in managing complex integration projects. Strong understanding of IT and OT services. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Ability to manage project risks and budgets effectively. Experience working with cross-functional teams in a global setting.
