Transport Planner

Job Title: Transport Planner Location: Fareham Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum plus excellent benefits package Overview: Our client is a dynamic and independent Transport Planning and Infrastructure Design Consultancy with a focus on improving the built and natural environment. With expertise across sectors such as residential, healthcare, education, retail, energy, civils, and commercial, they are seeking a Transport Planner to join their transport and infrastructure team in Fareham. This role offers the chance to work on exciting and complex projects, contributing across all stages, from planning through to design and delivery. Main Duties: Involvement in all stages of transport planning workflow, from initial planning to project delivery. Provide advisory services to clients, manage and contribute to the design and development of projects. Liaise with clients, ensuring efficient communication and project execution. Prioritize workload, ensuring effective collaboration within a team and self-management. Candidate Requirements: Degree level qualification or equivalent. Minimum 2 years of transport planning experience. Knowledge of design guidance and local planning policies. Strong communication skills, with the ability to respond to demands with a high level of professionalism. Proficiency in AutoCAD, TRICs, and other modelling software. Experience working with Microsoft Office programs. Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
