Creative.ai is seeking a UI/UX Lead to completely revamp our product, leveraging your expertise in designing SaaS products for large user bases. If you have a keen eye for detail, a focus on customer empathy and problem solving, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, we want to hear from you.Responsibilities:Lead the complete overhaul of our product's UI/UX design to enhance user experience and engagementDesign intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for SaaS products with a large number of usersApply customer empathy and problem-solving skills to address user pain points and create delightful experiencesCollaborate with cross-functional teams (XFN) including product managers, engineers, and marketers to understand business requirements and translate them into design solutionsConduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to continuously improve designsCreate wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate design ideasEnsure consistency in design across all platforms and devicesStay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UI/UX designRequirements:Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing SaaS product designsExperience designing for a large user base and handling complex design challengesStrong focus on customer empathy and problem-solvingExcellent attention to detail and a keen eye for aestheticsAbility to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (XFN) and translate business requirements into design solutionsProficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similarStrong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practicesExcellent communication and presentation skillsPreferred Qualifications:Experience with AI or machine learning-based applicationsFamiliarity with video production or related technologiesKnowledge of front-end development basics to effectively communicate with engineers
